The Willing & Able Neoprene Boots are made for cold and wet rides in the winter and autumn. The shoe covers are made from a 4 mm neoprene material, keeping you both warm and dry even in heavy rain.

The shoe cover is designed with a tall shaft, protecting the lower half of the shin, and the waterproof zipper makes it easy to put on.

The heel and toes are reinforced for durability, and the heel is fitted with a reflective patch for safety.
