crash Replacement
Unfortunately crashes are sometimes unavoidable and are part of cycling. Thankfully only the equipment is seriously damaged in most cases. As a special customer service we offer a Crash replacement where a crash or accident has damaged your kit and hope that you are back on the bike quickly.
Crash Replacement
If the damage is not repairable, we offer you a 50% discount on a new or equivalent item from the current collection. Please send us an email subjected as “Bad Luck” with the order number, name, and address, as well as an image of the damaged garment to service@willingable.cc. We will then follow up with a voucher via email.
Please note
This service covers all Willing Able collection items (not collabs nor team sport products) that were purchased within the past 2 years. Also, the sender is responsible for sufficient postage and the payment of all customs duties and other fees. Packages that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
