Shipping to Denmark

Willing & Able offers free shipping to pick-up point on all orders above 1.000 DKK. Orders below 1.000 DKK will be charged 40 DKK for pick-up points or 60 DKK for home delivery. Orders delivered to a pick-up point cannot be redirected to other locations, it is the customer’s responsibility to pick it up or arrange return.

European Union Member Countries

Willing & Able offers free shipping to pick-up points on all orders above 200 EUR. Orders below 200 EUR will be charged 22 EUR for pick-up points. Orders delivered to a pick-up point cannot be redirected to other locations, it is the customer’s responsibility to pick it up or arrange return.

Countries outside EU

Willing & Able offers free shipping to pick-up points on all orders above 300 EUR. Orders below 300 EUR will be charged 40 EUR for pick-up points. Orders delivered to a pick-up point cannot be redirected to other locations, it is the customer’s responsibility to pick it up or arrange return.

Local taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Please be aware, if the customer chooses to refuse the shipment due to local import duty & tax, the parcel will automatically be returned to Willing Able. In this case, Willing Able reserves the right to charge the customer a $30 administration fee.
