TERMS & CONDITIONS
These purchase conditions constitute a legally binding agreement entered into between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Konggaard ApS (“we”, “us” or “our”), regarding your access to and purchase on willingable.cc as well as any other online relation, linked or otherwise connected thereto (collectively the “website”).
You agree that by purchasing on the Site you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Purchase. If you do not agree with the described terms and conditions, purchasing from the site is expressly prohibited and you must stop immediately.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make additions or changes to these Terms of Purchase at any time and for any reason. We will only notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms of Purchase, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
By completing any purchase, you represent that: (1) all registration information you submit is true, accurate, current and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you are legally able to accept and comply with these terms of purchase.
PRODUCTS
We endeavor to display the colours, features, specifications and details of the products available on the Site as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that the colors, features, specifications and details of the Products are accurate, complete, reliable, current or free from other errors, or that your screen display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the Products.
All products are sold subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that items are in stock or will be available on a specific future date. We reserve the right to stop selling products at any time for any reason. The prices of all products are subject to change without notice.
All prices shown on willingable.cc include VAT.
DELIVERY
Delivery of your order takes place within 1-5 working days if all goods are in stock at the time of order.
Delivery takes place with PostNord with or without distribution. Shipping prices are automatically calculated based on the value of the order.
PAYMENT
We accept online payment methods delivered through an online payment provider of your choice. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and card information for all purchases made through the Site. You further agree to promptly contact us with updated card and payment information, including email address, payment method and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. All payments must be made in Danish kroner (DKK) or Euro (EUR). The amount is withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
In case of delivery to an address outside the EU; local tax and/or fees may be added to the price of purchase as required by local authorities. Local taxes and/or fees apply; (1) before delivery via local shipping services, (2) after processing process at local customs authorities by any service provider chosen by local authorities.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders using the same billing or shipping address.
REFUND/RETURN
All sales are considered final and no refunds will be issued on; (1) any product that is manufactured and/or placed into production based on the specific purchase; (2) any product produced with customization and/or personalization. Other products, in relation to the aforementioned, can be returned for a refund at least up to 14 days after the delivery date if; (1) the product has not been used for anything other than being put on in connection with the product assessment, (2) all originally attached tags are still attached in their original form, (3) the product has not taken on body odor from the putting on of the product assessment, (4) the product in general is flawless and in the same condition as sent. You must contact us yourself regarding the return option, before purchase if you are in doubt, or after purchase if you wish to make a return.
All returns are subject to the above definition of refundable products. Shipping costs associated with a return are not refunded. When refunding refundable products, no shipping costs arising from the delivery will be refunded. Returns received as a consequence of your inability to receive and/or collect at a collection location are considered non-refundable.
Cancellation is done manually at your request to us. Cancellation can only be granted on products that, before we learn of your request, have not yet been processed for production and/or processed for shipment. Any cancellation may be subject to a reasonable fee defined by us.
COMPLAINT
When you shop at willingable.cc, you have a 24-month right of complaint, which means that you can exchange, repair or get your money back for a product with a defect. The right to complain is not covered by a product that has been used incorrectly.
You must report the error on the product as soon as the error is discovered.

POSSIBILITY OF COMPLAINT
If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us on phone 87 22 33 06 or service@willingable.cc to find a solution. If this is not successful, a complaint can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
